Dr. Beckley is the eldest of twin brothers and the heir apparent for House Beckley. He bears his great grandfather’s namesake, and is renowned throughout the city as a skilled physician. In addtion to his great skill with the healing arts, Dr. Beckley has a strong fascination with the internal workings of machines and trinkets. Much of his free time is spent in his study as he tinkers with one project or another.
Recently, Dr. Beckley’s skills were tested as his twin brother suddenly fell gravely ill with a mysterious disease. Despite his best efforts and the assistance of his colleagues, Dr. Beckley remains unable to cure his brother’s ailment. He has sworn to pursue any avenue that may lead to a cure for his brother, regardless of the risk to himself.
